Celebrating our Progress: A Big Thank You!
We are excited to share the results of our recent employee engagement survey, and the numbers speak for themselves. Compared to last year (2024), we have seen significant improvements.
Work-Life Balance and Workplace Wellness, which were our lowest scores last year, have both seen remarkable growth. Work-Life Balance has increased by 20%, and Wellness has risen 10%. There also has been growth in Leadership, Recognition, and Work Environment, proving that our collective efforts to create a better, more supportive work environment are paying off.
This is a testament to the fact that our collective efforts to make Current a better place are truly paying off. We will be diving deeper into the data, analyzing the insights, and planning next steps to keep building on this momentum—so stay tuned for more!
But today, let us take a moment to celebrate how far we’ve come! Thank you for being part of this journey. Onward and upward!
The 2025 Goal Setting Process is Now Open in ADP

2025 is our year to win together. Remember - achievement of the goal is hitting the metric and meeting expectations. Our desire and aspiration are that all employees meet expectations for the year – as that means we have achieved our goals! If you want help crafting SMART goals, please work collaborate your manager. All goals need to be in ADP by 3/3 and we will check in this summer to discuss progress.
Acuna Plant Vision Event 2025: Innovation and Teamwork
In the recent Acuna Vision event, three teams of 12 professionals from different departments came together to tackle an exciting challenge: cost reduction. With the premise that any idea is welcome, the teams worked diligently to find innovative and efficient solutions
Lean tools were used, they prepared a 2-week pre-work, and a fishbone diagram was created to help them identify key points on their projects. On a second stage VAVE tool to level up their projects. During the event, the teams conducted team-building activities inspired by the movie "Remember the Titans" and American football.
These activities not only fostered collaboration and team spirit but also reminded of the importance of unity and strategy in achieving the goals. It was a moment of fun and a demonstration that there are no limits when you are determined to achieve something.
We congratulate all participants for their dedication and creativity! Celebrating the Lantern Festival in China
January 15th is the traditional Lantern Festival in China. In the south, people get together to eat tangyuan, while in the north, they eat dumplings. On this day, our China office prepared various flavors of tangyuan, such as red bean paste, sesame, and matcha, in different shapes. Everyone gathered together, enjoying the tangyuan and having more communication.
Rise & Shine Cleveland: Breakfast Time: Valentine's Edition
A special thank you to our Cleveland Sourcing Team – Cherian, Brenda, Tracy, Jeremy, and Joel – for taking the time to cook a fantastic breakfast for our CLE office! Your effort and generosity were hugely appreciated. Everything was delicious!
The hot breakfast featured Cherian’s amazing smoothies, Brenda’s scrumptious chocolate chip pancakes, Jeremy’s perfectly scrambled eggs, Tracy’s savory sausage, and Joel’s unforgettable habanero bacon. It was all a hit! This was a great opportunity to enjoy delicious food, spend quality time with our Cleveland team, and begin the day on a positive note!
Valentine's Day Celebration: Spreading the Love at Greenville!
We recently celebrated Valentine’s Day in the Greenville office with both our on-site and remote teams participating. It was heartwarming to see everyone, whether in person or virtually, to share the love.
Additionally, the Kind Gesture Box was launched, giving everyone the opportunity to write something nice about their peers. We encouraged all employees to participate, and it was wonderful to see so many kind words exchanged. It was a great way to spread positivity and appreciation across our teams! Thank you to everyone who participated in making this Valentine’s Day celebration a memorable one!
Sweet Valentine's Celebration at Hendersonville!
This year, our Hendersonville site celebrated Valentine’s Day in a sweet and cozy way! To spread some love and warmth, we gave all of our employees delicious hot chocolate and and homemade s’mores.
An Unforgettable Valentine’s Day at Current Tijuana
We had an incredible Valentine’s Day celebration at Current Tijuana! From selling beautiful flower arrangements to the special touch of a symbolic civil registry, our employees enjoyed a day filled with laughter and joy.
What made the day even more meaningful was that the proceeds from the sales went to a special cause: the Turbantes Oncológicos foundation, making the event even more impactful. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate love, friendship, and, most importantly, fun. It truly was a day to remember!
