Individuals are encouraged to raise integrity concerns and be fully confident that they can do so without retaliation.

You have an obligation to promptly raise a concern when you see a situation where our integrity principles or policies are not being followed.

Confidentiality is respected and you may even choose to remain anonymous. However, if you identify yourself, we can follow up with you and provide feedback. Your identity and information will only be shared on a “need-to- know” basis.

Any retaliation — whether direct or indirect —against individuals who raise a concern is grounds for discipline, up to and including dismissal.

Our Ombuds Network is an objective avenue for individuals to raise their concerns safely and it is a critical component of our business culture.

If you have a question about a policy or want to raise an integrity concern, you can reach out to your Ombudsperson (found below), to your Manager, HR, Current’s Compliance Leader or someone in the Legal or Finance function. You can also report a concern through the Ombuds toll-free line or online portal.
