Goal setting is officially underway. If your people leader has not already communicated, we have finalized our 2022 Annual Operating Plan (AOP) priorities.
Please work with your people leaders to identify how these priorities align to your region, country, business unit or functional team. Each of your goals should promote one of the organization’s six AOP priorities.
What’s New & Different in 2022?
We will be checking in with quarterly performance days discussions. Each quarter you and your people leader will assess whether you are on track or off track. With the changing environment and acquisition of the C&I division of Hubbell Lighting Inc., it is our expectation that goals will be revisited and reassessed on a quarterly basis.
