All 2024 performance reviews should be released to employees Friday January 31. Discussions will occur by the end of the first week of February. All training materials are available on our Learning Channel within Performance Days. Reminder to acknowledge your review in ADP.

IT Update - Access to My Current Lighting
Access to my.currentlighting.com has been restored, however, you will need to create a profile. To create a profile for the intranet site, go to my.currentlighting.com, select “Create a New Account,” and follow the prompts. Click here to follow the steps to request access. Once your account has been created, you will be able to navigate the site as usual. If you have any questions, please contact the Digital Tools team at DigitalTools@currentlighting.com.
USA Tax Documents
The employee tax statements electronic W-2 is now available on https://my.adp.com , and will be available to you on this website for three years. You can also access your W-2 statements using ADP Mobile Solutions .
If there are any problems, please contact your payroll administrator.
Note: Employee often forget that elected to go paperless with their W-2. If you want to receive your W-2 by mail, please: go to Myself>Pay>Pay & Tax Statements>Go Paperless.
Under tax statements, if the "receive paperless statement" option is turned on then you will not receive a paper W-2, press the button to deactivate it.
Rise & Shine Breakfast Brings CLE Office Together
The Supply Chain Ops team hosted a delightful breakfast that brought the CLE office together for a morning of connection, positivity, and delicious food. The star of the show? Irresistible breakfast tacos that received rave reviews—a perfect way to kick off the day!
A big thank you to Mike Turner, Brandon Beaupre, Nicole Reed, Jim Mamick, Alex Bassett, and the egg-cellent Meg Downing for making this event a success. With about 60 attendees, some chose to sit and enjoy while others grabbed their breakfast on the go. It was a wonderful way to start the day and connect as a team!

Mexican Constitution Day - February 3rd.

Fireworks: Used to scare away evil spirits and bad luck for the coming year.
Dumplings and Noodles: Represent wealth and longevity—essential dishes during the festival.
Cleaning Rituals: Cleaning before the New Year sweeps away bad luck but avoid cleaning on New Year’s Day to preserve good fortune.
Wearing Red: Believed to ward off bad spirits and bring positivity. Each year is represented by a zodiac animal. What’s your sign?
