Tijuana welcomed visitors

The Tijuana plant recently hosted our CEO, Steven Harris; CGO, Joe Cenin; and VP & GM, Tom Boyle. The TJ team gave them a tour of various areas such as warehouse, production, and finance, showcasing the improvements made and the projections for the upcoming year in HR and Safety. They also had the opportunity to enjoy delicious Mexican dishes prepared by the team members as part of the Mexican potluck in celebration of Mexico's Independence Day. We concluded the visit with a Q&A session where Steve, Joe, and Tom shared their experiences, leadership advice, and answered the team’s questions. We deeply appreciate the Tijuana team for their dedication and effort in making this visit possible and for showcasing their accomplishments.

October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month
Message from our CIO,
Mark LeClair
October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month. Our annual security awareness training is required. You continue to be our best defense in protecting our company from cyber threats. Every year we continue to be threatened by more bad actors, so we are constantly reviewing and enhancing our policies and practices. Our cybersecurity aims to protect our computer systems, applications, devices, data, and people against ransomware and other malware, phishing scams, data theft, and other cyber threats
We will keep raising the bar internally about the importance of cybersecurity. Please visit our InfoSec SharePoint site (https://gecurrent.sharepoint.com/sites/ITSecurityAwarenes)for fun security awareness games, instructional short videos, supplemental newsletter posts, and more to increase your awareness.
#DoingRight - Great Cycle Challenge
8,368.4 miles. $25,993 raised. We shattered goals, broke records, and went far beyond what we thought possible for kids’ fighting cancer.
What started as a goal to ride 5,500 miles and raise $15,500 for a cause close to our hearts turned into something much bigger. Every mile we rode and every dollar we raised pushed through challenges and inspired us to go beyond our limits. We kept these brave kids in our hearts and minds as we turned those pedals and climbed those hills.
This challenge was personal for so many of you, and the stories about why you joined the team spurred us to do more. Whether you joined for your own children, sisters, brothers, spouses, parents, cousins, or close friends, we thank you for your generosity and resilience.
From early morning spin sessions to lunchtime rides and after-work miles, it was a beautiful display of what happens when a team is stronger together. This team spirit was on full display across our global footprint—from Greenville and Round Rock to Hendersonville,

Tijuana and Montreal, our colleagues sweat together to not only fundraise but to raise awareness for kids’ cancer. (Check out the photos below to see how Hendersonville and Montreal rocked it!).

👏 Thank you for being part of something much bigger than any person, office or company.
We are truly #DoingRight!
Bringing joy to our customers
We want to share the words recognition that the Hendersonville site received for the work done at the Detroit City Warehouse.
"Thanks for being flexible on price, building to a schedule and sometimes holding production. This all leads the city being exclusively Current. 60,000 – 65,000 fixtures that were converted to LED ~10 years ago with Cree, Leotek and Cooper fixtures. Due to pre-mature failures (Leotek) and poor lumen maintenance (light output as the fixture ages) with Cooper and Cree,

the city chooses Current to replace the original fixtures. To date, we’ve replaced ~51,000 of the 60,000 – 65,000 fixtures. Note: the warehouse is all GE/Current product. All competitor fixtures have been displaced".
We thank to the Hendersonville team for the great work done with our customer in Detroit. #OutcomeDriven.
Success and Sportsmanship Shine at Tijuana’s First Padel Tournament

Tijuana experienced an exciting day of sports and networking during the first Padel Tournament, organized by the National Council of the Maquiladora and Export Manufacturing Industry (INDEX), where players from different companies competed enthusiastically to win the grand prize. We would like to congratulate Alfredo López, our Sr. Production Manager in TJ, for securing first place and being crowned the tournament champion. We also extend our congratulations to Jorge Valdez, TJ Supply Chain Manager, and Eduardo Inda, TJ Engineering Supervisor, who achieved second place, becoming the tournament’s runners-up.
Thank you for your outstanding participation in representing Current Tijuana and for promoting a culture of sport and strengthening ties with the industrial community!

Mexico's Independence Celebrated in Acuna

September was a month full of traditions and fun. At the Acuna site, a delicious tasting of traditional Mexican green enchiladas took place, where participants not only enjoyed this traditional dish but also learned about its preparation.
