

Rick Bellefeuille (pronounced "Bell-fy") joins our team as the new Signage Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest. In this role Rick will lead sales efforts, ensuring our Tetra LED signage lighting products are effectively promoted and delivered to our valued distribution channel and shop partners. Rick’s 19 years of experience selling commercial signage and lighting solutions will make an immediate impact and contribute to our continued success. He is passionate about building strong relationships and working closely with customers to create predictable solutions, high-quality projects, and mutual successes.
Beyond the office, Rick and his wife Kim have been happily married for over 30 years. They have three married children. In his free time, Rick enjoys a friendly game of disc golf and staying busy with classic car and motorcycle projects. He recently sold his 1974 square body and is already on the hunt for his next restoration adventure!

Eyes on Improvements
Congratulations to the Asia commercial team focused on developing new customer bases and managing to secure distributor Yiva Electric SDN BHD to distribute the Asia ProLine products into the contractor distribution channel. This will help us to leverage distributor resources to stabilize our sales to contractors in Malaysia. Shout-out to Ong Pang Wai, Malaysia Sales Manager and his Sales team member Leonard Lee for taking the lead and making this conversion happen. Applause!

Acuna Factory Welcomes Visitors
The Acuna plant was visited by Jeff McClow, Director of Marketing, Aldo Miranda, Legal Counsel, Jeremy Lim, Sourcing, and Joe Cenin, Chief Supply Chain & Global Operations Officer. The objective of the visit was to evaluate the capabilities and explore new business opportunities at this plant.

Laptop Instructions
- Open Microsoft Teams.
- Click on your account initials in the top navigation bar.
- Select “Edit Profile”.
- Click on “Upload Picture” and choose a photo of you from your computer.
- Click “Save” and your new profile picture will be set.
Alternatively, you can log into My Account (microsoft.com) from a web browser, too.

Mobile Phone – iOS
- Open the Teams app on iPhone.
- Tap on the profile icon in the upper left corner.
- Select account picture
- From the account page, you can glance through the information and tap on the Edit button below the picture.
- You can either use the default Camera app or the existing photos library to upload a new profile picture to Microsoft Teams.

Mobile Phone - Android
- Open Microsoft Teams on your Android device.
- Tap on the profile picture at the top.
- Tap on your Teams name and select “Edit Image”.
- Select “Open photo library” to choose a picture from your device.
- Upload the image to change your profile picture.


Please note that changing your profile picture on one platform may not reflect instantly on other Teams apps. You may need to restart the app to see the updated display picture.
Travel Reminders
