FORUM WIN

Current's design team and our relationship with Illuminate required not only thinking outside the box, but also producing a solution that was not available ‘out of the box’ in a committed time frame and a value equation that met the demanding criteria set by the end user.
By fully engaging and building on past successes with our agent, we were able to earn their trust early on to bring Forum's skills and experience to this high-end commercial architectural project.
Forum's victory addressed the unique needs of our reseller partner, who asked for very specific input, itemization, BOM identification, and purchase order design needs to streamline their team's project management. This $768k win deserves a big shout out to Steve Seligman, National Sales Manager Forum Lighting for this great achievement.

EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT - JOHN CARR
Christiansburg has had a growing pile of old and outdated IT equipment along with other unresolved system issues plaguing the plant.
John Carr is applauded for his efforts getting the workrooms and computer inventory under control and tacking this challenge head-on!
John rose to the challenge while maintaining his day-to-day engineering responsibilities. John recently celebrated his 20th anniversary of service. Thank you to John and the other hands that helped improve our space.

At Current we know the importance of our children continuing to study, for this reason, the Acuña site held the "School Support 2023" event, where children received different incentives such as backpacks and school supplies for next back to school. The children enjoyed a tour of the different areas of the manufacturing plant, a meal with their parents, and some fun activities.
SMOOTH ENDING TO AUGUST – GREENVILLE
To end the month of August in the most delicious way, the Greenville team prepared some exceptional recipes focusing on wellbeing, where employees could share a tasty and healthy smoothie.

HUMANITARIAN AWARENESS – TIJUANA
Tijuana joined the fight against cancer by donating more than $3,000 dollars to children and women of the "Turbantes Oncológicos" association. This generous donation was made to support this population with their medical studies, as well as the acquisition of prostheses and other special items.
FLEXIBLE WORKPLACE POLICY CHANGE – USA & CANADA
The Flexible Workplace Policy categorizes employees into three groups: fixed, flexible and virtual. This policy is limited to the United States and Canada. Effective Monday, October 2, 2023, we are changing the definition of our flexible categorization to add one (1) additional day to assigned in-office days per week, totaling four (4) in-office workdays, with one (1) day allowed for virtual office.
We are making this change to improve our overall performance. We believe in the powerful cultural benefits of working in an office together – it’s important to engage frequently with coworkers to stay aligned to our core values and be mission focused.
