This past week the Roadway and Smart City teams “hung ten” in San Diego at this year's IES Street and Area Light Conference (SALC). The conference is the only one of its kind, dedicated to improving the outdoor lighting business of electric utilities and energy service companies.
The Current team showcased our full line of Roadway and Outdoor solutions including the new: ERLC Cobrahead, Compact Low Wattage EACL Area Light, and Cat-M version of LightGrid. Check out this piece to learn more about Cat-M.
In addition, CityIQ was heavily featured in the key note address “What do Fingerprinting, DNA Analysis, and Streetlight Network Have in Common?” given by Captain Jeff Jordon of the San Diego Police Department as well as the “Beyond the Pole: Shaping the Modern City” presentation led by Georgia Power.
To wrap up the week we conducted a Customer Walking Tour of the historic Gaslamp District where our CityIQ and LightGrid Wireless Control Nodes are predominately on display.
Great work to all those that were involved in making our presence at this conference such a success!
