This past week, the Latin America team came together with Current leadership for a LEAN process mapping event to help define and develop a new ITO/OTR integrated process. The team mapped out the entire process from lead generation to project execution using a LEAN visual tool which helped recognize gaps and areas for improvement. By agreeing upon necessary steps in the proposal creation process, the team can guarantee improved margins and competitive pricing to the business and our customers.

Every team member provided input, both individually and as a group, to identify opportunities and create a new vision for the office. Through this exercise, the team has not only gained team acceptance, but the willingness to improve and grow so that we can continue to provide quality service and solutions to our customers. The LatAm team is ready to face this challenge head-on and continue to strive for organizational excellence.
