NEMRA 2024

National Electrical Manufacture Representatives Association (NEMRA) Annual Conference

The NEMRA annual conference, held last week, is the premier electrical industry event gathering 2000+ executives from independent sales representatives and electrical manufacturer members. The event provides a collaborative and energized environment, offering everyone the opportunity to learn, connect and grow.

The Current team included John Rankin, Brad Hill, Tom Cendroski and Clayton Smith. They met with 20 of our key Current agents, including Bell & McCoy, One Source Associates, Curtis Stout, Brazil Bros., ESU & ESS and more. The agents reviewed the strategy, organization, and growth plan for 2024.

Accelerating our Sales Growth

Sales Meeting

We anticipate 2024 to be a successful year of growth for Current. Leaders from Sales, Operations, Product Management and Marketing gathered in Greenville recently to advance our strategic initiatives for 2024.

The team assessed last year’s challenges to create solutions, and defined opportunities to facilitate growth within the market in the next 11 months. The initiatives include operating as a small, efficient, and aligned sales team and creating a more focused strategy for luminaire products, integrated controls, inventory management and agent growth through share/mix/commission strategy and monthly KPI analysis.
