PERFORMANCE DAYS – LOOKING BACK ON 2023
EMPLOYEES hired on or before September 30, 2023, will need to complete a self-assessment. Performance Days captures the output and results of how you have performed against your goals for the year. It offers opportunities for impactful dialogue to advance career growth and strengthen employee-manager relationships.

VETERAN’S DAY RECOGNITION
Veterans Day, observed November 11, celebrates American veterans and active-duty military personnel for their patriotism, love of country, and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good. To all our employees that are Armed Forces – we thank you for your service!
Throughout the week the Hendersonville, NC plant hung flags for each of the different branches of service and provided meals as a way to thank our Veterans.
HALLOWEEN AND DAY OF THE DEAD AT TIJUANA SITE
The Tijuana team celebrated Halloween by carrying out different spooky activities, including a Costume Contest, the “Triki Triki Hour” and the “Desserts of Terror” Contest, where they had a very fun time as evidenced in the photos.
Additionally, to honor and remember those who are no longer with us, employees made an Altar of the Dead, placing offerings and photographs of their loved ones. They also gave delicious Pan de Muerto (Mexican Bread of the Dead) to all the employees.

Was shaking and whirling this week serving up healthy treats. Thank you for the peach, strawberry-banana and spinach smoothie delights!
